Poppy and I traveled to at least 4 different states to compete in 2019. We had an amazing rhythm to our routine of loading up the car, driving and singing and listening to podcasts while we munched on sausage sticks and popcorn, and made the occasional potty stop. We had similar plans for 2020, but the topsy turvy trail took hold.
